DERMATIX SPEND & STAND TO RECEIVE CONTEST

Contest Period

The Dermatix Spend & Stand to Receive Contest commences on 1st December 2024 and closes on 31st December 2024. A.Menarini Singapore Pte Ltd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice. All entries received outside the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.

Eligibility

This Contest is open to all citizens and permanent residents of Malaysia above 18 years of age (as of 1st December 2024), except employees and immediate families of the Organiser, including its affiliated and/or related companies, distributors, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies.

How to Participate

1. Spend on any Dermatix products in a single receipt at any authorised store or online platforms during the Contest Period.
2. Scan the QR code to submit your information and receipt (last submission by 31st Dec 2024).
3. Answer the question sent on WhatsApp: “I want to try Dermatix® product because…”.
4. Retain the original receipt as proof of purchase.
5. Each entry must include a different receipt. Duplicate receipts are not allowed.
6. The Contest runs daily from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM during the Contest Period.

Note: The Organiser will not reimburse any charges incurred in submitting the entries.

Selection of Winners

Winners will be determined based on their entry number according to the following criteria:

• Grand Prize (5 winners): Total entries divided by 5.
• Second Prize (15 winners): Total entries divided by 15.
• Third Prize (20 winners): Total entries divided by 20.
• Consolation Prize (60 winners): Total entries divided by 60.

Winners will be announced on January 24th, 2025, via Dermatix Malaysia Facebook & Instagram. Winners will also be contacted via WhatsApp and phone call.

• Grand Prize (5 winners): Smart Band
• Second Prize (15 winners): Electric toothbrush
• Third Prize (20 winners): Portable On-the-go Juicer
• Consolation Prize (60 winners): RM 30 Touch & Go Reload Pin

Note: Each participant can win only one prize throughout the Contest Period.

1. The Organiser is not liable for any technical issues during submission.
2. Participants assume full liability for any issues arising from participation.
3. By participating, participants consent to the use of their personal information for promotional purposes.
4. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
